Upcoming Events

Good Morning Friends,

We hope you are having a wonderful start to the spring season!

We just wanted to send a reminder that the exhibitor application is open for our 15th annual Leslieville Tree Festival happening on June 15, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Leslie Grove Park.

The Festival is a public celebration of our urban forest. Focused on providing activities and fun for the whole family, it includes displays from environmental groups and green vendors, entertainment from local musicians and performers, a wide array of children’s activities, exhibits from local artists and a ceremonial tree planting. We organize the festival in partnership with Ward 14 Councillor Paula Fletcher and the City of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation.

To apply, please visit: http://www.yourleaf.org/leslieville-tree-festival

Each exhibitor will be supplied with a table and one chair. We encourage you to offer something interactive at your exhibit – an activity, a game, a demonstration, etc.

Once submitted, we will review your application and get in touch with you regarding next steps as soon as possible. If selected, we require exhibitors to provide proof of Liability Insurance by submitting a valid certificate of insurance. Information regarding what to include in the certificate of insurance will be provided to accepted applicants.

If you are a small non-profit group without the capacity to purchase insurance, please let us know.

Please note the table fees for accepted exhibitors:

  • Not-for-profit organizations $15 (plus HST)
  • Business vendors $30 (plus HST)

We invite you to apply at your earliest convenience as we only have a limited number of spots!

Hope to see you there!
