From Goad’s Atlas, 1924. The Toronto Housing Commission built the neat row of duplexes on the west side of Coxwell Avenue. They sit between the railway tracks on the north and Fairford Avenue on the south. The east side is occupied by the T. Eaton Co. Ltd. delivery depot.
